Whether you want the basics or full VIP treatment, we’ve got a plan that fits your home, your budget, and your comfort goals. Two powerful options to keep your system running strong and your wallet stress-free — all backed by ERA’s honest service and year-round dedication.
*Contracts apply to one HVAC system and will be established with automatic monthly payments. Pricing is subject to change at any time, with prior notice. The Platinum plan is required for all new Club customers. Monthly subscriptions are available between Jan 1st- April 30th. Contracts after April 30th will default to the full annual subscription fee. If the subscription is canceled prior to the end of the contract term, the remaining balance for the contract will be billed in full. Paid contracts are transferable to a new property owner. The Spring/Summer season follows the calendar dates of March 20 through Sept. 22. The Fall/Winterseason follows the calendar dates of Sept. 22 through March 20.
